Sero Bebes’ coffee is a perennial favorite – the precise flavors change depending on the year, weather, and lot separation, but a clean cup full of crisp acidity and big sweetness is always guaranteed. Ripe cherry is sorted and processed on the estate, fermented and pulped with an emphasis on the final result being clean and sweet. Expect tropical fruit acidity, a creamy body, and a chocolate base in this fresh harvest.
