Kercha displays articulate, jammy fruit notes. This coffee is delicious, aromatic, and full of vibrant fruit no matter how you brew it, but we prefer it as a batch brew or specialty style espresso.

Description

Origin: Forests and farms surrounding Kercha washing station, Kercha woreda, Guji zone, Oromia, Ethiopia

This is an all-day drinker from one of our favorite terroirs, the Guji zone of Ethiopia. While our last few offerings from Ethiopia were super complex, this lot is a little simpler, but no less delicious. Expert processing of heirloom varieties from a small area means clean, articulate flavors: strawberry, ripe blackberry, and apricot jam.
