Ethiopia Banko Gotiti

Flowers, Red berries, Assam

Banko Gotiti village
Native local varieties
Oct. – Dec. ’17

Banko Gotiti day lot 143 is redolent of big florals and a bright, red berry acidity. This coffee is delicious, aromatic, and full of vibrant fruit and flowers no matter how you brew it, but we prefer it as a special by the cup brew, a batch brew, or specialty style espresso.

Our Good Food Award winner Banko Gotiti returns to the menu with the harvest “day lot,” #143. This lot was singled out for its intensity of flavor and complexity, with big florals and a particularly vibrant citrus acidity. This late harvest separation tastes like flowers (jasmine, hibiscus, wildflowers, rose, lemongrass), and red berries, with a crisp black tea finish.
